Biography

Alan has been involved in music for as long as he can remember. Miming along to the radio, using a tennis racket as a guitar on family holidays was where it all began. His love of music hasn't stopped growing since.
Alan studied music up to GCSE level, and although he left the formal music education for a few years, the practice never stopped. At the age of 19 he moved to New York where he discovered his ability to sing. After about a year of singing he decided it was time to get back to education.
Alan would go on to university and study music industry, with a concentration in voice. Th ... e next four years were spent engrossed in all aspects of music, from theory to performance to recording and engineering. Alan graduated in 2013 with honours, gaining a bachelor of science in music industry from the College of Saint Rose, Albany NY.
After receiving his degree he continued performing music in different bands around New York while also working as an audio engineer.
Alan returned home to Northern Ireland in March of 2014.
