Augusts is a versatile performer with a number of different acts on Straps and Aerial Pole, these acts can be reworked to suit spaces with different technical constraints. Making use of 18 meters heights, as well as intimate venues with 3.5 meter rigging points!
Biography
Augusts began performing at the age of 16, working in night clubs and events around the UK as a Fire Performer. He finally ran away with the circus at age 23, joining NoFit State circus as a volunteer. While volunteering he trained intensively in various aerial disciplines along side learning the runnings of an international touring circus; raising the tent, cleaning the toilets, selling popcorn, etc... After these intense few months and a successful audition, he was accepted onto the degree programme at London's - National Centre for Circus Arts (NCCA, formerly The Circus Space) where he spec
... ialised in Aerial Straps. After graduating in 2012 with a BA (Hons) he continued to perform internationally with a number of circus and theatre companies including his own Vagabonds Hat, as well as stunt work in film, documentaries and a recent music video.
