Hello hello, nice to meet you!
My name's Callum. I'm a 29 year old guitarist from Glasgow, Scotland. I've been playing guitar most of my life, actually. It's been around 19 years since i first started learning to play and I've loved every second of it. Like many people, early on in my high school years I was unsure about what I really wanted to do as a career. I dabbled in various different interests wether it was sports, computer programming, retail management, you name it! However, I always had one constant in my life, which was guitar & music.
After school finished i studied at the R ... oyal Conservatoire of Scotland for classical guitar studies. Ever since I finished the course my dream was to be a professional guitarist/musician. I looked up to my idols, guys like Tommy Emmanuel, Michael Hedges, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Satriani, John Williams. One of whom I've met and had dinner with! I started uploading videos of my playing guitar to YouTube as a hobby but also to gain feedback so I could constantly improve. In around 2012 my YouTube channel started gaining a lot more attention and this gave me the groundwork to build on to make my living from music.
Fast forward 10 years and I'm now doing what I want to do in life as a full time career and I could not be happier. I would love to meet some of you one day. Thank you so much for reading, take care!
