Biography
Rebecca is a young Northern singer and actress who has recently completed her BA (Hons) Musical Theatre with First Class Honours. Whilst training she has enjoyed playing the roles of Queenie in Andrew Lippa’s Wild Party, Motormouth Maybelle in Hairspray, and most recently Julie in Carousel.
She has attended further training at West End Masterclass, where she honed her skills in the Musical Theatre disciplines under the tutoring of industry professionals. Rebecca has trained in various styles of Dance (Musical Theatre, Jazz technique, Ballet, Contemporary), and is also an accomplished mus
... ician, with skills in piano, acoustic guitar and clarinet.
Rebecca started singing as a teenager in Choral groups, earning a place with the Halle Youth Choir, and she recently performed with her a Cappella choir at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She enjoys Solo Singing through recording covers of Jazz hits with her professional pianist Father, recording covers for her Youtube channel, and performing at events.
