I am a versatile bassist and double bassist whose career is defined by a strong technical foundation and an international presence. My musical journey began with classical guitar studies at the Sassari Conservatory in Italy. I then transitioned to electric bass, immersing myself in pop and rock and making my first major national appearance at the Tim Tour Festival. My artistic curiosity led me to earn a master's degree in jazz double bass from the same conservatory, refining my craft through masterclasses with acclaimed bassists such as Cameron Brown and Furio Di Castri.
Driven by a passion ... for live performance and improvisation, I spent three years in Berlin as an active participant in the city's thriving jazz scene, performing regularly at venues including b-flat and Klunkerkranich. My international experience expanded further with a 7-month residency as resident bassist at the Lobster Bar in the prestigious Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, where I brought my sound to a sophisticated global audience.
I have also performed on major Sardinian rock stages including the Nuragic Island Festival, Birralguer Festival, and Rock'n'Beer Festival, and my studio work includes a rockabilly/surf album with The Shakin' Apes, available on Spotify.
