Experience

I have performed since the age of 4, attending dance, singing, piano and clarinet lessons, as well as musical theatre training between the ages of 4 to 19. I have achieved my Advanced 1 certification in tap dance, grade 6 piano, grade 6 singing, and grade 5 clarinet. After my gap year at age 19, I auditioned for a professional musical theatre college called Emil Dale Academy where 40 out of 4000 auditonees are accepted. I was lucky enough to be chosen and spent a year being trained by industry professionals in singing, acting, and dance - tap, ballet, jazz, commercial, lyrical, hip-hop, partn ... er work, contemporary. Once joining the University of Bath I was part of the Advanced Tap Team, winning several competitions across the country, and I joined the a cappella group 'Aquapella'. This current year will be my 4th year in the group, for which I'm an alto, the choreographer, and the Marketing Director. Being a part of this group has presented me with multiple incredible opportunities, from performing at paid gigs in Bath, across the country, and worldwide. Each year we compete in a competition called the ICCAs (International Championships of Collegiate A Cappella) alongside groups from the rest of the UK, America, and Canada. In 2023, we were fortunate enough to win the Wildcard and be chosen to fly to New York to compete against the other top 9 groups on a Broadway stage which was incredible. Read More
