Experience

Izzy began singing at the age of eight, immersing herself in both junior school choirs and local youth groups. At age eleven, Izzy received a music scholarship to secondary school where she was involved in numerous musical ensembles including: chamber choir, trebles choir, string orchestra and wind band. While studying, Izzy was a dedicated member of the Hampshire County Children’s Choir and the National Children’s Choir of Great Britain.
At sixth form Izzy was selected in 2015 to perform an operatic solo at the school’s prize day in the presence of HRH Princess Anne. In 2016, Izzy c ... ompleted her A-Levels, receiving grades AAAB in music, media studies, extended project qualification and drama & theatre studies respectively.
Izzy has a first class honours degree in Music from the University of Surrey. At university she was a dedicated member of the department main choir and chamber choir. Within the choirs, Izzy has performed soprano solos in Haydn's 'Missa in Angustiis' and Tippett's 'Five Negro Songs'. Izzy received three performance scholarships throughout her university career.
Since graduating in 2020, Izzy has built up a following on TikTok (IzzyIzTrash), performing opera-fusion content. Izzy is most known for a viral audio of her singing the raunchy rap song by Shenseea, 'Pon Mi' in an operatic style. The song has been used by over thirty-thousand users, reaching over twenty-five million people.
Izzy is experienced in performing solo in front of both large and small audiences, having appeared at: The Royal Albert Hall, Guildford Cathedral, Winchester Cathedral, Royal Festival Hall (London), GLive, and more.
Whilst Izzy trained in operatic voice, she has a versatile voice and can perform musical theatre, pop and folk repertoire.
