Jessie was very professional; she had all the audio equipment with her. She has a beautiful voice! What we all liked was that she was interacting with residents in a very cheerful, yet natural way and you could see she loves her job and understands what elderly’s needs are. Our residents were dancing, singing and smiling - we would love to have Jessie back!
