Great at taking requests and very fast a adding to the large repertoire. Can play in various styles - Pop / Rock / Reggae / Jazz. Performing famous songs but always with a personal stamp.

Biography

My name is John Blaylock, I am a professional and highly experienced musical performer and tutor. I have 25 years of experience of playing guitar and 20 years on piano, I am a skilled and highly trained vocalist and also play drums, bass, ukulele, harmonica and some violin. I have a passion for performing and also love working with bands and choirs as well as teaching one to one or in groups. John did our wedding on the 8th September, he was also our MC for the day as we got let down. John did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone, he played on arrival for our guests and also our first dance and two sets of music that we selected for him to sing. He is an amazing person and wouldn’t fault him, if you are looking for a singer for any special occasion then John is your man. Thankyou so much for being part of our special day John. John played at my daughter's wedding on Saturday 8th September. He played the piano for the guests as they arrived. This was such a nice element to the day. John continued to play different types of music throughout the afternoon. He also played requests too. John then showed his talents in the evening singing, playing the guitar ( with the groom) and also sang with guests that wanted to sing alongside him. A very talented and professional singer. I would definitely recommend John to anyone wanting something different for their wedding.

Living and working in LA on an O1(extraordinary ability) artist visa I worked as a full time musician. I worked in countless recording studios across the city as a session guitarist / pianist and vocalist, I would also perform at many of the legendary Hollywood venues. I had many amazing studio sessions there but the highlight for me was when Warner brought me in to Atlantic Studios just off Hollywood Boulevard to work on The Suicide Squad movie. This was a truly incredible experience.
