Biography

Born in Chicago, Graduated from University of North Texas then moved to Austin where I lived before moving to Panama in 2018.
I have a MS from the University of Illinois
I sang in church choirs as a child as a soprano. Loved singing but lacked the confidence to pursue my dreams. 5 years ago I became a back up singer for a rock/beach boys band.
A year later the bass player and I split from the band and started DUHO a duo doing covers and originals, rock, soul, r &b, funk, and jazz. We released two EPs Panama Paradise and Luna de Lobo. We performed weekends in the beaches area of Coronado, ... Panama until 2023.
2023 I was discovered by the owner of Emotions Dinner Theater in Panama City, Panama who asked me to do a residency at his theater in the Hilton Panama. Its the only Vegas style theater in Panama. I'm now performing 4 nights a week at the Hilton.

Meet the Act

I sang in choirs as a child and young adult but didn't start singing until I moved to Panama. I started as a back up for local bands and eventually joined with the bass player to create DUHO. We played in the beaches area of Panama together for 4 years until being discovered by the owner of the Emotions Dinner Theater in Panama City. I've been selling out my own Divas in Paradise show for the last two years. Bringing many clients in to see my representation of Tina Turner and Donna Summer into the theater. Receiving lots of requests to perform private events and fundraisers.
I love singing ... and performing for an audience. Tina Turner is my archetype and I take great inspiration from her on making sure the audience has a good time each and every show. I'm currently working 4 nights a week at the theater and annually at the festival. I love working with live musicians it allows for more flexibility with a song. I use tracks at the theater.
I love to dress up for events, either with the wigs or without. I am not an impersonator but I pay tribute to the divas I perform in order to honor them and their contribution to the world as wonderful vocalist. Read More
