Katie & John are a singing, acoustic duo perfect for any special occasion. Combining over twenty years of dedicated solo performing, they joined forces in 2019, discovering a natural blend of voices that quickly wowed listeners.
Without delay the Liverpool-based act were performing a vast repertoire of well-known hits, inspired by their mutual love for the classic songwriters of folk, rock, country and pop.
With tastefully arranged harmonies classy yet rustic, performances well-drilled yet with a clear sense of fun, K & J are the ideal soundtrack for both intimate moments like a wedding ... ceremony or first dance, and the celebratory sing-alongs to follow.
Combining classical training and a love for all things Americana, K & J share a passion and accomplished skill for guitar finger-picking, and provide sumptuous instrumental backing to their vocals.
After years of mastering their own respective craft, performing at functions throughout the UK and beyond, these two musicians have found a palpable musical chemistry that can’t be taught.

Katie and John were such a fantastic addition to our wedding. Both with beautiful voices and are amazing musicians. They had a great grasp of having the audience and what to play when. At some points playing something subtle and soft as background ambience and at others up beat singalongs getting the guests involved. They were friendly, kind and polite and were part of the family by the time they left. Their flexibility and approach is exactly what’s needed with the unpredictability of a location wedding. They learned all of our requests perfectly and had a great repertoire of their own songs and covers which were great. Both us and our guests absolutely loved them. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking them again for future events. Thank you so much Katie and John for helping to make our wedding perfect!

Katie & John are quite simply the best wedding entertainment you could hope for. Their voices & musicianship are incredible and the energy and emotion they put into the songs just makes you want to dance and sing along. Our wedding guests were up on their feet joining in and it was only 4pm! They will learn requests and perform them like they’ve always known them, as well as playing absolute classics and their own material. You couldn’t wish for two nicer people to have at your wedding, friendly smiles and just lovely people inside and out. Thanks to Katie & John our wedding was extra special, heartily recommended and not to be beaten!
