Biography
I am a classically trained tenor and seasoned cabaret artist with over 20 years of professional performance experience. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, my musical journey began in the church, where the influence of gospel greats like The Clark Sisters and Darryl Coley shaped my expressive and soulful vocal style.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a vocal emphasis from Dallas Baptist University, I built a reputation as a dynamic and versatile performer across multiple genres including opera, jazz, R&B, gospel, musical theatre, and cabaret. My credits span some of the most res
... pected stages in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, including Jubilee Theatre, Echo Theatre, African American Repertory Theatre, Fort Worth Opera, Uptown Players, Lyric Stage, DVA Productions, Diversità Opera Arts Company, and The Dallas Cabaret Festival.
I bring technical precision, emotional depth, and storytelling to every performance - whether headlining a cabaret show, uplifting a sacred service, or starring in a theatrical production. I continue to refine my craft through private study, vocal coaching, and a deep love of listening and learning.
Inspired by the timeless words of Ella Fitzgerald, I live by the mantra: “The only thing better than singing is more singing.”

Physical Characteristics
Meet the Act
My love of music started in the church, where I was inspired by our gospel choir and powerhouse voices like The Clark Sisters and Darryl Coley. That early spark grew into a lifelong journey across genres and stages, from opera halls to cabaret clubs, sacred services to jazz sets.
When I’m not singing, I’m usually listening (Ella, Donny, and Samara top the list), or studying something new to keep evolving as an artist. I believe every performance is a chance to tell a story, create connection, and leave the audience just a little better than they arrived.
