Description

I play solo acoustic guitar/singer cover song sets for both small and large venues. Mostly Alternative, Contemporary, Country, R&B, Folk, Folk Rock, Christian, Blues Rock, and Rock. Eras are a mix of ‘Late 60s’, 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. However, I do pull out my Stratocaster on occasion to play a nice slightly-overdriven clean tone (should the song desire it).
Set list changes from time to time, but mostly stays centered on this. Only other genres would be Art Rock and Jazz Rock at the moment, but overall I would describe my style of set list as relatively Contemporary in nature (rega ... rdless of genre). Biography

I grew up in San Jose, CA and started singing at age 8, but became much more serious about it around age 14. Over time I grew to love songwriting and guitar. As of now I play 2 instruments (guitar/vocals) and am learning to play 2 others (bass/piano).
Mostly write/produce my own music and practice as I lead up to debuting my first EP in the coming years.

Experience

New to playing live gigs. So far have experience playing one multi-song set at an open mic as well as several regular one-song open mics. Additionally, I have played a song at a funeral, and once played a song at my cousin's wedding.
I spend most of my time in the studio working on my own music (which has yet to be released) or practicing guitar/singing. Hope to get more experience through this platform and provide a worthwhile experience for anyone hosting a private party/wedding or any other solo musician type event. You won't be disappointed ;)

Meet the Act

I'm really into music and have wanted to do it as a career since I was 14. In fact, I recently dropped out of college to go into this full time. In the beginning I really hesitated to take the plunge, but I now realize that music is the only thing I want to do with my life. I'm really in this with all my heart.

*Have 3+ years experience with audio engineering/mixing (can mix my own audio levels if needed)
