I play covers from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s in the genres of Alternative, Folk, Blues Rock, and Contemporary. My originals are the in the genres of Alternative, Folk Rock, and Indie. My set list will be mostly acoustic with the exception of certain songs which require an electric guitar, however I mainly use clean tones whenever I play electric (less distortion; think "Lenny" by SRV). I do not do requests for simplicity's sake.

Biography

I grew up in San Jose, CA and started singing at age 8, but became much more serious about it around age 14. Over time I grew to love songwriting and guitar. As of now I play 2 instruments (guitar/vocals) and am learning to play 2 others (bass/piano).
Mostly write/produce my own music and practice as I lead up to debuting my first EP.

Experience

Local singer-songwriter/artist. Since last summer have played gigs around Gilroy in association with 6th Street Studios, Salinas and The Alameda. Most recently played a series of shows for Santa Clara County Libraries to promote my upcoming EP.

Meet the Act

I'm really into music and have wanted to do it as a career since I was 14. In fact, I recently dropped out of college to go into this full time. In the beginning I really hesitated to take the plunge, but I now realize that music is the only thing I want to do with my life. I'm really in this with all my heart.

*Have 9+ years experience with audio engineering/mixing (can mix my own audio levels if needed)
