Biography

Nick Lido lives in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. He graduated from Kaiser High school, then he got his Association Degree in Music from KCC (Hawaii), and soon after a Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing from Manoa University (Hawaii). But his career of performing solo pianist have prevailed, and starting 2003, he began performing for cruise ships and hotels.

The duration of a signed contacts varied from 3 to 6, or to 12 months for the cruise ships, as well for the hotels. A standard schedule for solo pianists was about 3 to 4 45-minutes sets per night. In order to satisfy the audience, Nick usually performs popular melodies of 20s-50s from the American Song Book. That creates a very mellow and relaxing atmosphere in the room.
