Since the impressionable age of three, Raquel has been performing on stage as a child vocalist. Raquel has been singing and performing to live audiences for over ten years.

Raquel Jones trained at B.L.A. workshops with RADA and at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Raquel is one performer with both training and experience. Noted for her principle role in Hairspray, Raquel has been deemed by the Guardian as a triple threat.
In 2008 during her performance of Dorothy in The Wiz though, Raquel got her big break. An industry scout spotted the performer during this Musical Theatre Assessment with YAP and helped her land the role of a lifetime. For two years Raquel played principle role, Lil’ Inez in the Westend musical, Hairspray, at the Shaftsbury Theatre
