Nothing beats the sound of a cool sax for making any occasion even more special - whether it's playing a mixture of pop tunes to suit all ages, background jazz for a dinner or function, party & dance hits to let your hair down .... and so the list goes on. The versatility of the saxophone is well-known, from creating a romantic mood ideal for all stages of a wedding through to the excitement of a wedding evening reception or any party. Additionally, I play clarinet and have the perfect list for Gatsby/Vintage wedding, for which some clarinet pieces are essential.

I've more than 40 years experience in music: as solo performer and band member (soul band, concert band & military corps of drums); as composer/arranger; and as musical director/conductor.

One of the best decisions we made was booking Tim, our fabulous saxophonist. Who played Etta James “At Last” whilst I walked down the aisle with my Dad, and of course “You’ll never walk alone” when we walked back out as Husband & Wife. And so many great favourite tunes too.. Tim was amazing . Original . Talented . Professional. Even the hard nosed manager took Tim’s card! But honesty , for me is the best gift of all. Tim had this in bucket loads. I know. Experience

I've played at birthday parties (from 16th to 106th!), wedding anniversaries, christenings, cocktails/garden parties:
I've played 3 TIMES for a leading public figure, who asked me to not use his identity in my promotions - but I can reveal it to confirmed clients.
My main business is weddings - in recent years I've played at black-tie weddings, traditional weddings featuring a church service, modern weddings with a civil ceremony and so on. I've played during EVERY stage of a wedding: sometimes I'm asked to provide background music during drinks receptions etc., sometimes feature in the ev ... ening alongside a DJ.
