I am an all-rounded performer who sings, dances, acts, and choreographs. I am quick at picking up choreography and am good at sticking to counts. My strengths lie in my determined work ethic, positive attitude towards my work, and my ability to interpret movement from a story-telling perspective. I am passionate about what I do and always strive for what is best for the company.

Biography

Sinéad is an actress, singer, dancer, choreographer, teacher and fundraising director. Born and raised in Cape Town, Sinéad performs and teaches globally. She, most recently, was on the RSC's INTERNATIONAL TOUR of MATILDA THE MUSICAL playing the role of 'Hortensia and previously as the 'Swing' for multiple roles. Sinead has worked in musical theatre (Matilda; Sound of Music; Annie), Fringe theatre (Fool; JUNK), TV commercials and in the Grahamstown Festival (Gardening and Other Distractions).
Having performed since she was young, Sinead pursued a career in the arts and trained at Waterfr ... ont Theatre School where she received her LTCL in Performing Arts as well as Drama Teaching; ISTD Advanced 2 levels in Modern, Tap, and Ballet; and her Associate Teaching in Tap Dance. Born out of lockdown, Sinead has developed and is spearheading a fundraising campaign, JOIN THE DANCE, that uses dance to raise awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability in South Africa. Experience

I have worked in South Africa and internationally. I have toured for 2 years as part of the cast of Matilda The Musical. I have worked as a swing, learning 13 different roles. In and around South Africa, I have done smaller-scale theatre shows, dance shows, corporate gigs and I have choreographed for multiple ballet and modern studios either as a guest teacher or a permanent dance teacher. I also have skills in video editing, video producing and videography.
