I’ve worked everywhere from the off-broadway stage to music studios working in almost every genre, and Maigan is one of the finest sopranos I’ve ever heard or worked with. In addition to an excellent musical skill set she is an excellent collaborator and communicator, which (to me) is almost more important than one’s musicianship. I always look forward to (and end up rewarded by) working with her.

Very grateful for this kind review from James T: "Erdem played a set before the ceremony while guests arrived and then played during the ceremony. He played my wife down the aisle and I couldn’t help but shed a tear. The whole experience was breathtaking with Erdem’s playing in the background. He played magnificently and everyone said they enjoyed it very much. He was flexible, as we needed to add songs here and there for the ceremony, and he even helped to find some piano accompaniments (as for a couple of songs it was our preference to have this). Emma and the team of musicians at Vermilion Strings were perfect vendors for our wedding ceremony! We opted for the violin and cello duo and were very pleased with the pricing. Because of the pandemic, we rescheduled (twice!) but the team was so accommodating and understanding. So communicative and reliable. We requested a bit of a custom piece after our ceremony--a quick play of a fun song transitioning into our first dance, and the musicians nailed it. Highly recommend to add class and ambiance to your event!

Serenity String Duo - Cellist - Devizes, South West Event Type: Birthday Party 28th September 2022

Thank you both so much for giving us all a great performance on Sunday 28 August. Being extremely lucky with the weather you were able to comfortably play in the garden which gave the whole party a wonderful atmosphere. I couldn't believe your dresses matched the gazebo!! All the guests were very complimentary and appreciative about you. I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone who asks for a string duo and am happy for anyone to call me. Thank you once again for making the day that little bit more extra special.
