Biography

I was born and raised in Puebla City, Mexico. I was interested in music from the very beginning because of my father, who was also a drummer back then. I began my journey by taking drumming lessons from my father and a local instructor when I was 6, but stopped after a few years and decided to become self- taught. After years of hard work to get better I began my journey as a freelance musician, so I started my youtube channel and began recording and gigging with different people from my hometown. After that, I wanted to take everything to a more professional level so I decided to pursue a mus ... ic degree at the Berklee College of Music. I got accepted to study in the Spain campus, so I moved to Valencia to begin my studies and I continued performing and recording here. I stated when I was a kid because of my father. He was always playing drums in the house so I began to develop a very strong interest in it. I have done this for so many years now that it has become an inevitable part of my personality. I not only love music, I also love the outdoors, nature, food, traveling, geography, fitness, my girlfriend, and chocolate. Whatever it is that I do, I always like to I do it right and I really like that about myself. I am just a guy wanting to make a living out of what he does best and potentially be able to bring food to the table for my family in the future.

Online drum lessons

In this course you will learn techniques, patterns, phrasings and drum vocabulary to be able to play whatever interests you. This course is not limited to any specific level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, this course will focus on your personal interests as a musician. We will explore the instrument from a contemporary perspective based on tradition in order to not only survive in any musical context, but also exceed expectations. We will work together to develop all aspects of a good contemporary drummer: technique, control, coordination, independence, creativity and expression. As a teacher and student, I can assure you that the development of a musician is not only born from training and theory, but also from the enjoyment of playing the instrument, so in this course you will have 50% technical work and 50% repertoire development (songs you want to play).
