Very experienced Hen Party dance instructor of various dance styles. Kirsten is capable of ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in classes and workshops, that even the most shy person will have no problem joining in with the activity.
Kirsten has experience of teaching hula hoop workshops to children in schools across the North West and at Parent Folk events.

Having a teacher can help you learn how to hula hoop faster, as they can see where it is you are struggling and help you adjust, which pre recorded videos can not. Learn the art of spinning a hula hoop and how to keep it going on your waist. Lessons also include learning an array of impressive on and off body hoop dance tricks as well as help with how to move, and dance confidently.
