Krystle Bascombe is a Trinidad and Tobago music industry professional, educator, entrepreneur, and creative leader with more than two decades of experience in the global entertainment industry.
A skilled drummer, Musical Director (MD), bandleader, artiste manager, and arts advocate, she has built a career spanning live performance, artist development, music business, and cultural leadership.
Throughout her career, Bascombe has performed and toured internationally with renowned artistes and productions across the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. Her
... experience includes serving as a touring drummer and Musical Director with Cirque du Soleil, where she contributed to world-class live entertainment productions.
In addition to her work as a performer and creative director, Bascombe currently serves as Musical Director and Bandleader of the Hideaway Beach Band, the premier live entertainment band featured at Hideaway Beach, Royal Caribbean's adults-only destination at Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas. In this role, she oversees live musical performances and leads a diverse team of international musicians, delivering high-energy entertainment experiences for guests from around the world. Hideaway Beach is one of Royal Caribbean's signature private destination experiences, featuring live music and entertainment as part of its beachfront attraction.
Passionate about education and industry development, Bascombe is the founder of Reform Generation (ReGen), an initiative dedicated to empowering aspiring musicians, creatives, and entrepreneurs through accessible training and mentorship. She continues to champion creative excellence through artiste management, education, entertainment consulting, and strategic leadership, helping artists and creative enterprises build sustainable and impactful careers both regionally and internationally.
