Biography
Kyle is a former recording & performing drummer and a current music educator. He is a graduate of the Musicians Institute where he earned his Associate of Arts in Music Performance. He currently maintains an active teaching schedule at School of Rock where he is the Director of Performance Operations (supervising all rehearsals) and teaches when his schedule allows.
In addition to teaching and performing, Kyle has also published 2 books of sheet music for the drums he performed with The Nukeproofs. He is proudly represented by Oceans Entertainment Talent Agency.
Experience
Kyle is a drummer, music director, and educator based in Albuquerque, NM. A graduate of the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, he holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Performance, and has experience in live performance, studio recording, and teaching.
While in Los Angeles, he was the drummer for the punk-rock trio The Nukeproofs with whom he recorded 2 LPs: Heatwave and Vices, performed dozens of live shows, and filmed a music video for the 2019 single Bad Decisions.
He currently holds a regular teaching schedule at School of Rock
