From our first few discussions of the event and what I wanted (family friendly 40th drag act and DJ) to the countless check ins I imposed upon Alex throughout the year leading up to the event (total control freak), I knew I was in the safest hands there were. Throughout our engagements Alex listened carefully to the details and the result was so above and beyond hiring a Drag Performer and DJ. Alex delivered what can only be described as a completely bespoke evening of love and laughter with lasting memories. The evening in the company of Stuart, who led nearly 70 ladies in sea shanties was enjoyed by every person. He encouraged the audience to sing along, providing us with song sheets and spoke of interesting facts through-out the evening, about the history and importance of sea shanties, to the moral of sailors. This was an evening like no other and we were so inspired that our WI are planning to write our own sea shanty with Stuats help, as we celebrate our ten year anniversary.
