James has been a life long fan of Elvis Presley and when performing as Elvis on stage, conveys his charisma and sense of playfulness which he combines with his own personality. To make his show sound and look its best, James’ act uses the finest quality Elvis backing tracks on the market today, a superb sound system, and costumes by B&K in America who supplied the wardrobe for the Elvis biopic starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks. James can perform for an hour or for two 45 minute sets, and you can also customise your Elvis set list.

Biography

Before becoming an Elvis Tribute, James was a five-time Sony Award-winning national and regional radio presenter for almost 20 years. This experience of live-presentation has given James the ability to really connect and engage with an audience.
James is also a member of the “E.P. Project” based in Canada, a company that replicates Elvis’ concerts from the 1970s note-for-note in backing track form using real instruments. James has flown over to their studio to record backing vocals for their last three albums, which also feature two of Elvis’ on-stage musicians, Walt Johnson and Glen ... D. Hardin.

Publicly, James has entertained at hotels, holiday parks, festivals, charity dinners, cabaret bars and social clubs in both the U.K. and abroad, including on board a cruise around the Mediterranean. His Elvis tribute also has long-term engagements at several venues around the South West.
