I have seen Kim perform several times. I may be her biggest fan. She has performed in clubs (adult content), in contests (PG-13 content), and even a television recording (PG rated). I can tell you this: SHE IS FUNNY! I am always surprised at the clever things she talks about...from being a mom, a grandma, and a veteran as well as diversity talking points. Born and raised in the Lone-star State of Texas, one could argue that my comedy career first began when I was voted the Class Clown of 1985 by Alvarado High School. Since officially diving into stand up comedy in 2017 (at age 50), I have performed at clubs and festivals all over the country. I waited what seemed like a lifetime to step in front of the microphone. I was busy living, working for corporate America after leaving the United States Air Force, traveling, and raising a son. But something was missing: comedy. I jumped on stage and have never looked back. My son is now 19 and he tells ... me often that he is proud of me for chasing my dreams and that it makes him want to chase his. Now that's a warm feeling.
