Biography

Laila Amrahova is a Dubai-based violinist and vocalist with extensive international experience. She graduated from Baku Music Academy and performed for ten years as a solo violinist with the Azerbaijan State TV and Radio Orchestra. She also founded the country’s first pop string quartet, SimParty, and taught violin and viola at the Rostropovich State Music School.
As a singer, Laila was a member of the historic jazz polyphonic ensemble Gaya for over five years. Since moving to the UAE in 2018, she has developed her solo career, performing at prestigious venues across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ... as well as internationally in Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, Europe, and Azerbaijan. Her solo performances range from elegant events to high-energy shows, often featuring live improvisation alongside DJs.
