All "performers" fit into a few categories, when it comes to Elvis Tributes, here is what I found and why I am different.
1. Some can't sing very well. They may have a deep voice, some even put it on. But in doing so, they lose the key or sing out of tune. I have spent the last 4 years taking singing lessons. I didn't want to fall into this group.
2. Many haven't perfected the art of performing to an audience. Let's be fair. Elvis could stand on stage, do nothing but smile, or shake his hips and you would have felt completely satisfied that you just witnessed the best thing ever.

Unfortunately, a lot of Elvis Tributes try to emulate an Elvis performance if your event is made up of mega Elvis fans, that might work, or if they were in a competition, that could work then. But to create a buzz, an energy, an engagement of a diverse group of people looking for a great time. Watching someone on stage inwardly perform to themselves is as much fun as watching butter melt.
In my working life, I worked in many customer focused firms. I finished my working career building a successful Financial Advice firm. I understood exactly how to give my everything to the customer, I have wound that understanding tightly into my performance as an Elvis tribute.
I already told you that I took singing lessons, I know hundreds of tributes, I haven't met another who cared enough about the customer to spend their money on doing that. This is what else I have done.
1. I purchased top notch backing tracks created by a 21 piece orchestra to create a big band sound, just for you. I do have one track which was specially made for me by the World's leading Elvis audio and video remixer and it is amazing..
2. I purchased seamless software that starts the show and takes me all the way to the end. So once you and I have decided on the setlist and it's programmed, my time on stage is spent with you and your guests, not my mixing desk. I say this because I have noticed something - You may have too.
If you watch an act sing and they are controlling their audio, I can guarantee, they will be going back and forth to their sound desk 3 or 4 times during a song. I still haven't worked out exactly why, my wife thinks they are nervous and afraid of performing to you. One day I may find out... Once the party starts with my show, I spend most of my time with you and the audience, not on stage - I don't have time to twiddle with the mixing desk, I am too busy entertaining you.
3. Knowing that the singers go back and forth during the song was bad enough, they then have to go back to the computer to start the new song - I fixed this by buying a foot pedal to start songs. Now, with my software and footpedal, my entire focus is on you and your guests.

I sing songs from every era of Elvis's life. I create my set lists with your help and we plan the night together. I fully engage with you and your guests, I entertain and perform like my life depends on it. On a recent Elvis weekend in Porthcawl with 100's of tributes, I had this comment - "The way you engage the crowds is exceptional" - A copy of the facebook comment is in my images.
