With over a decade of experience performing all over the US, Canada, and Amsterdam, Maxi has headlined and hosted a variety of both traditional club venues to casinos, festivals, benefits, and other private events. She is available and able to tailor her set to suit the needs of the function and keep the energy high.

Biography

Maxi Witrak is a tomboy learning to be a tomwoman. After a heavily regimented upbringing as a competitive equestrian, her stand-up comedy speaks about standing up to the status quo, chasing her teenage dreams, and the unbridled disappointment of being a nineties kid in a modern world.
She has performed all over the world as a host, featured act, and headliner, including headlining Boom Chicago Comedy Festival in Amsterdam, Craft Island Comedy Festival in Calgary, and Lysistrata Comedy Festival in Austin, TX. She appears regularly at iconic venues like The Hollywood Improv, Laugh Factory, ... and The Comedy Store, where she produces her own Outsiders-themed show, "Pony Club". Her credits include AppleTV+'s "Shrinking, Hulu's “Maggie”, CBS’s “The Bold and the Beautiful”, and her own web series, "Train Traks".

When you watch Maxi now, there’s nothing timid or even intimidatable (it’s a word, I looked) about her. She has a force that can’t be contained on stage. It is a naturally insatiable creative presence.

Meet the Act

I was born and raised a horse girl! My first experiences getting to travel the world always involved a horseback ride somewhere tourists couldn't access, and it wasn't until I got older that I realized how fortunate I was. Now I mostly let comedy decide where I'm going, but even some of the smallest towns that I visit turn out to be as wild as anywhere else on the map!
