I am a classically trained guitarist with a Masters degree from a main London Conservatoire. I have been performing solo and in various ensembles across London and the UK for the the past 10 years, in a variety of venues. I play many styles of music on my instrument.
Biography
Nicholas Tait is an English classical guitarist. He graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with first class honours in 2022 under the tutelage of Graham Anthony Devine.
Nick gives regular recitals, both as soloist and in various chamber groups. He’s a member of the Meridian Guitar Quartet, winners of the Carne Trust Chamber Competition 2022. With a repertoire ranging from the Baroque to modern South American music, he has performed in venues such as St John’s Smith Square and St James’ Piccadilly. He has taken part in masterclasses with distinguished guitarists
... Tilman Hoppstock and Roberto Aussel among others. While studying for a Master’s degree, Nick currently teaches a number of young classical guitarists.
