Sibyl Grimm is a drag queen who brings Old Hollywood glamour, burlesque, and live vocals to modern audiences. She’s known for her feather fan dances, story-telling and dry wit. As a singer she specialises in jazz standards, showtunes and, most recently, party songs: the best-selling comedy numbers packed with double entendres about sex, gender, marriage and class that dominated mid-century house parties and cocktail clubs. Grimm was fantastic. I recommend her highly. She looked wonderful and was very flexible to put on precisely the right act for my brother's 70th birthday party. Nothing fazed her. She coped with toddlers and grandparents alike to give us all a great time.
