Having met as young pups, the Capella String Quartet are now a multi award winning string ensemble with more than 20 years experience in the wedding industry.
Specialising in daytime music, Capella can play your favourite piece as you walk down the aisle through to some real toe tappers at your drinks reception with amazing pop covers from Rihanna to Frank Sinatra
Their players regularly perform with some of the leading orchestras in the UK and have shared the stage with famous artists such as Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys, Joe Strummer, Madonna and Andrea Bocelli.
Known not on ... ly for their excellent performances but for delivering excellent customer service, Capella are 4 times VOWS award winners including the coveted Outstanding Achievement Award.

Capella String Quartet played for us as a Trio at our wedding at Crear last weekend and we're absolutely brilliant! They did beautiful arrangements of the Skye Boat Song and of Skippinish Walking on the Waves just for us a ; creating the perfect soundtrack for our day and providing a wonderful accompaniment for the ceremony. David was really friendly and flexible from the minute we first spoke and I was really grateful that despite Storm Dennis they still trekked all the way out to Argyll for us. Great musicians, great repertoire, lovely people! Thanks guys! ????

I was so impressed by these guys at my wedding. From first contact until the actual day it was a pleasure dealing with them. Very professional and friendly throughout, and very reasonably priced, especially considering that included in the price is two original arrangements of your choosing. I was in and out of the drinks reception for photos etc, but they waited until I was in the room to play my requests. Their repertoire is amazing, from well-known classical numbers to the Blackadder theme! I can't recommend them enough! 5 stars all the way!!
