Biography

Matt Walsh is a full-package song and dance entertainer, filmmaker, fashion stylist, and recording artist/producer from Orlando, Florida. Matt's artistic journey began at a remarkably young age, producing animation shorts at the age of 8 years old.
Industry certified at 17, and with over a decade in the arts and entertainment scene, he built his own recording studio and went on to perform for hundreds of thousands across the country as a dancer, vocalist, and celebrity impersonator.
Matt has an extensive dancing background in jazz and hip-hop styles and has taken additional training in b ... allet, lyrical, modern, break, and street styles. Matt studied Theatre and Stage design at Stetson University.

Excellent DJ Set, broad playlist, and enthusiastic maestro A small house party but the provider took the time to set up his full range of equipment and delivered 5 hours of total fun. We had live performers in addition and the provider supported their efforts by loading and playing their backing tracks. But he did not hide behind his wheels of steel; he ventured out among attendees, encouraging them to join in the fun and have a good time. We were very pleased with the product delivered by the provider.

Terrific Show I saw Michael Jackson at The Hartford Civic Center in 1988. One of the best concerts I’ve attended! He was quite the performer. It’s been a long time since then. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Matt Walsh for a company event in Orlando. I, with two other people, were in charge of booking the entertainment for the event. We settled on a Michael Jackson impersonator. We discovered Matt on Gig Salad. We contacted him. Everything was so easy and smooth. The lines of communication were perfect and Matt was a joy to work with, not to mention his incredible talent to bring our crowd such an event and pleasure AND to their feet with his performance!!! We all had a blast. Thumbs up to Matt Walsh.
