Sophia Hill was excellent too, arrived on time, great work ethic, enthusiastic and had clearly vigorously rehearsed her routine for her part which meant the final product was exactly what we were after and more. We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out.

Experience

I discovered my passion for dance at a young age, exploring various disciplines before finding a deep love for commercial/street dance, acrobatics, and contemporary. Jazz, with its vibrant energy, also complements my outgoing personality. I was always the child eager to push boundaries, constantly experimenting with new tricks. Learning to dance in a small hall with a hard wooden floor built my confidence and courage to perform on any surface, no matter the challenge. These tricks ranged from walkovers to aerials and back tucks.
Throughout my school years, I was actively involved in every d ... rama and dance production, which led to an unforgettable opportunity to perform as a ballet dancer in Billy Elliot on the West End. This experience fuelled my desire to perform on larger stages and in front of bigger audiences. Academically, I excelled in dance, earning a 9 in GCSE Dance and 100% in A-level PE with dance as my chosen practical sport. My passion for the physical aspects of dance led me to study Sport Science and Physiology at the University of Leeds, where I also completed a strength and conditioning internship coaching young dancers. This experience was invaluable in understanding the physical demands of dance and the importance of proper conditioning.
A significant highlight of my dance career was representing England twice at the Dance World Cup Championships. In 2016, I competed as part of a duet, placing 7th in the world. In 2021, I returned as a soloist, placing 1st in street dance and 7th in acrobatics in Great Britain, 3rd and 10th in the World respectively. These experiences greatly enhanced my confidence, personal growth, and discipline, motivating me to perform at my highest level.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of being invited to teach on numerous occasions. I am incredibly passionate about both dancing and choreographing, with many of the clips in my dance reels showcasing my own choreography. My commitment to creativity and excellence continues to drive my journey in dance.
