Biography
In 2011, Ben Jackson tried stand up as moral support for a friend. Fast forward two years, that friend quit, and Ben was tearing up the underground Texas comedy scene. A two-time Funniest Comic In Texas Runner Up, Ben has become one of the best young storytellers of his generation. In a relatively short career, Ben has held its own while sharing stages with comedic heavy hitters Damon Wayans, Jamie Kennedy, John Whiterspoon, Eddie B, Bobby Lee, and Theo Von to name a few. Ben released his first comedy album It's Tough in 2019 and followed it up in 2021 with TOO TOUGH. Ben was awarded Best Co ... median In Houston by Broadcast Houston April 2023. Ben’s a reoccurring guest on “The Nightcap” on Fox Soul. He produces a weekly stand-up show in Houston “Mo Betta Jokes” at 5th Level Restaurant, or in a city near you!
